What we collect and why
We collect your email address and subscription preferences to manage your subscription and send occasional updates about neighbourhood projects, local planning issues and ways to take part.
How subscriptions are managed
We use Brevo to manage our mailing list and deliver email updates. Brevo processes signup information for this purpose, including records needed to manage confirmations and unsubscribe requests. See Brevo’s privacy policy for details.
Your choices
Signing up is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an LRA update or by contacting us. We use subscription information for LRA communications and do not sell or rent our mailing list.
Keeping subscription records
If you unsubscribe, we may retain a limited record of your request so we can respect your preference and avoid adding you again without permission.
